The Three R’s: Restoring the
past and ensuring the future

KING STREET STATION, SEATTLE, WA

Given our commitment to sustainability and our expertise using time-tested materials and techniques, the three R’s come naturally to us. We offer large- scale full-service restoration of historic lighting and retrofitting with today’s most energy efficient lamping. We can replicate historic fixtures even if the only reference left is a photo. Here we offer an example of a full replication of the outdoor lighting at Seattle’s historic King Street Station. These fixtures were recreated from 70 year-old photographs. Visit our website for more information on our three R’s services and a full case-study on King Street station.

IN THE PIPELINE

We are so excited about our new LED pedestrian streetlight.

We are so excited about our new LED pedestrian streetlight that we just have to give you a sneak peak. At 12 feet high, it’s perfect for pedestrian malls. Using 12 Xicato LED lamps that emit up to 1000 lumens each, this fixture offers light as bright and as warm as you could want (up to 4000k, IES file in process). Made of 100% recycled cast aluminum (minimum 70% post-consumer), it’s perfect for projects that value sustainability in materials as well as energy use. Available in any color. Like all Eleek products, it’s made in the USA.

This outdoor lamp fixture will stand 12 feet tall.

ELEEK IN THE PRESS

This past February, GreenSpec (a green building product guide) forgot to do their homework, penning an article titled “Not Green Enough: Six Products GreenSpec Rejected and Why” in which Eleek was included! After hearing from a few of our colleagues and friends about how wrong they were, GreenSpec revisited their decision and overturned it, adding another article in response and apology— titling this one “Eleek: Lighting That’s Eco-Friendly Even When It’s Off“.
